My name is Ashley and I am a certified culinary nutrition expert, yoga teacher and holistic health advocate living in the heart of Canada.
My mission is to help woman nourish themselves with wholesome food that work with their lifestyle in an easy, efficient and sustainable way. Through a no diet and mindful approach to food I offer tangible ways to create healthy kitchen habits and provide useful meal plans and recipes that make healthy cooking more attainable.
I believe that everyone is unique and each individual has a different way of eating that makes them feel good in their bodies and live optimally. This is why I was inspired to create this space; because after years of trial and error with different styles of eating, I realized that no two people are the same and what may be healthy for me may not be healthy for someone else.
As someone who had fought for decades with digestive issues and anxiety, I can speak from personal experience that eating the right foods for your body, eating good quality food you enjoy and cultivating a positive mindset towards food can be extremely life changing.
This is why I take a unique and mindful approach to meal planning and nutrition. To offer simple tools that will help woman feel more empowered and less confused with their food choices and show that nourishing yourself can be fun and not a punishment.
